st. francix xavier altar society minutes december 4, 2025

The Altar Society meets the first Thursday of the month in the Parish Hall, September –

May.

All parishioners are welcome.

Officers:

Arlene Osterlund – President

Mary Jo Uhlenkott – Vice President

Kathy Johnson - Secretary

Judy Kuehn - Treasurer

The meeting was opened by Arlene with a prayer.

Secretary minutes: Kathy Johnson.

Minutes accepted by Lori Frink with a second by Maureen. 

Treasurer report was given by Judy Kuehn. 

Checking: $1,783.89

Savings:          928.39

Balance:       2,712.28

Report was accepted by Lori Frink with a second from Carolyn Sweeney.

Sunshine report was given by Lorie Frink. One card was sent out. 

Christmas gifts donated by our parishioners will be brought to Dove Healthcare on December 17. We will meet there to assemble the gifts. 

Tree trimming luncheon on December 14 was discussed. Help for cleanup was requested. Phone calls will be made. 

Cookie stroll is Saturday, December 13.  Last minute details and signups were discussed. 

We closed the meeting with a prayer. 

We then had an Altar Society Christmas party with lunch and BINGO. It was filled with prizes and fun.
