MASS is celebrated every Wednesday at St. Mary’s Hospital Chapel at 11:15 AM. All are welcome.
2026 DIOCESAN WEDDING ANNIVERSARY MASS AND LUNCHEON- SATURDAY, JULY 18TH, 11 AM All couples celebrating a milestone anniversary (ending in 0 or 5 this year are invited to participate in this celebration at Cathedral of Christ the King. If you are unable to attend in person due to health or other restrictions, the event will be live streamed and you can participate virtually. For those attending in person a luncheon will be served following Mass. To register, please call Mary Margaret at the parish office no later than JULY 1, 2026.) Should you have questions regarding this year’s celebration please contact Loree or Julie Ann at 715-234-5044.
ST. FRANCIS CEMETERY NEWS Our new (second) columbarium is now in place. Stop to take a look! Each niche holds two containers of cremains. The cost of each niche is $2,000.00 which includes the initial engraving. For further information please call the parish office.
PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE IN NEED OF THE FOLLOWING VOLUNTEER POSITIONS IN OUR PARISH: USHERS FOR THE 9 AM AND 10:30 AM MASSES. Participants receive a 3-month schedule in the mail at their choice of Mass time. Please call Mary Margaret at the parish office to serve as an usher. We also need SERVERS (LADIES OR MEN) to serve at our funeral lunches. Volunteers for this opportunity are asked to call Teri Collins at 715-817-5658.
5TH STREET PARKING LOT Our new 5th Street Parking Lot Paving Project is underway! Please be patient as the blacktopping and striping work is completed. The estimated cost of the project is $110,000.00. We will not have a special fundraising event for this project. If you would, however, like to make a donation for this work, please feel free to place your gift in our regular collection in an envelope marked “Blacktopping.” Many thanks!

MASS STIPENDS Several years ago the bishops of Wisconsin increased the cost of a Mass stipend to $20.00. Kindly make note of this change next time you wish to have a Mass offered The offering is no longer $10.00. Thank you.
ST. FRANCIS FOOD SHELF Our food shelf is very busy and we are happy to distribute to those who contact us for help. We provide this help to those who reside in Douglas County only. Beginning June 3rd, our food shelf will be accepting requests for food on WEDNESDAYS, 9:30 AM – NOON. Please call the parish office, 715-398-7174, prior to Wednesday to make arrangements for help. When you call, the information we will need is your name, address, and number of adults and number of children. Thank you.
SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT DePaul Our society is in need of a few faithful men who have time occasionally on Wednesday afternoons to help at our free store. This could involve greeting those arriving and /or helping to distribute goods to those in need - no heavy lifting required. For more information, call us and leave a message.
