CATHOLIC SERVICES APPEAL
If you have not yet responded to the 2021/22 CSA, please set aside a moment to prayerfully consider a gift amount that your means will permit. Be assured that the Lord knows what is in your heart and how you share your gifts. While it is understood that we cannot all give equally, we are still called by the Gospel to give of ourselves in a way that reflects our blessings. Your gift, whether large or small, matters greatly to the diocese, our parish and to the Lord! Scripture tells us, “There is more happiness in giving than receiving!”
SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT dePAUL
This past week we gathered in prayer for a Mass and blessing of our new donation facility. Since the beginning of the pandemic we have provided food, clothing and household goods by delivering them to those in need instead of having them come to a location. We are grateful to all who assisted in our move, for those who continue to provide needed items and to all of the volunteers who continue to sort and deliver donations to our friends in need in our community. God bless our society and those we serve in the new year.
Sympathy & Prayers to the family of Marie & Jerry Rock. Marie was our organist for many years here at St. Francis. May they rest in peace! +
