ALTAR SOCIETY COOKIE STROLL & CHRISTMAS SALE
THANK YOU! to all of the individuals who helped with the success of the 10th Annual Cookie Stroll. We had an enormous number of cookies donated by parish members. We earned $2,913.50 from the cookies and $401.00 from the sale of the Christmas items for a grand total of $3,314.50. (Not bad for $7 a pound for the cookies and a “free will”
offering for the Christmas items. The members of the Altar Society wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy, Healthy New Year!

Ministry scheduling will be completed soon. If you know of a weekend(s) you are unable to serve in your particular ministry, please call the parish office. We are always in need to CANDLE BEARERS, READERS, SERVERS, COMMMUNION MINISTERS & USHERS. Training is offered. Please call the parish office to volunteer to serve your parish family in one or more of these ministries. Thank you.
ST. FRANCIS ALTAR SOCIETY
The Altar Society will meet on Thursday, February 3, at 1 PM in the Garden Room. Hostesses for the afternoon will be Betty Krysiak & Jean Hennessy. Please note there is not a meeting in January. All ladies of the parish welcome! The Annual Salad Bar Luncheon usually held in February has been cancelled due to current viruses. However, parishioners will receive a booklet of raffle tickets for some wonderful prizes. Fr. Jim will be drawing the winners on Friday, February 11th. Winners will be notified and announced in the bulletin.
SUPERIOR CATHOLICS YOUTH GROUP
Happy New Year! Thank you to all who donated during our winter coat collection for St. Vincent DePaul. NET MINISTRIES is offering a retreat on Saturday, January 15 from 10:30 AM & Sunday at noon in Kress Hall for Grades 9-12. There is no charge. EXTREME FAITH CAMP reservations are now being taken for June 19-24, 2022 at Crossroads Camp in Mason, WI. Fundraising is currently taking place.
