MASS is celebrated every Wednesday at St. Mary’s Hospital Chapel at 11:15 AM.  All are welcome.


MINISTRY SCHEDULE- JUNE, JULY, & AUGUST We are beginning the ministry scheduling for the summer months.  We are always in need of CANDLE BEARERS, READERS, SERVERS, COMMUNION MINSTERS, AND USHERS! Training is offered.  Please consider serving your parish family in one (or more) of these very important volunteer opportunities.  PLEASE CALL MARY MARGARET at the parish office – 715-398-7174, if you know of a date (or dates) you are unable to serve.  Please call no later thanMAY 25th so the schedule can be finalized.  Thank you!!


2026 ENVELOPES We still have several packets of the 2026 Contribution Packets in our parish office.  If it is inconvenient for you to pick them up at the office, please call Mary Margaret at the parish office, 715-398-7174, and she will place them on the table in the gathering space for you.  Thank you.

 

 Join us for pizza and a movie, Sunday May 31st after 1030am Mass!  Serving homemade pizza and desserts, popcorn, lemonade ,and pop.  We will have activities and a photo booth again! There is no charge. “The Trouble with Angels” will be the featured movie.

+This Monday we celebrate Memorial Day.  Weather permitting Fr. Jim will celebrate Mass at our cemetery.  In case of inclement weather, Mass will be celebrated in church.

  A breakfast will be served in the parish hall following Mass.

ALTAR SOCIETY’S THIS ‘THAT SALE” is being planned for SEPTEMBER 11-12.    Please begin saving your items for this event.  Please remember the following items ARE NOT ACCEPTED:  BEDDING, CLOTHING, FURNITURE, CHINA DISHES, CAR SEATS, AND STROLLERS. CATHEDRAL SCHOOL NEWS Registration for the 2026-27 school year is available for Preschool through 8th grade. Cathedral School continues its tradition of 3- and 4-year-old Preschool.  These classes are 5 days a week with half day or full day options.  Before and after school care is available for Preschool through 8th grade through our extended care program.  For more information, please contact the school office at 715-392-2976. 


THE SCHOOL GARDEN NEEDS YOU!  We are seeking donations for new or gently used gardening tools and seeds.  Please contact Mrs. Farchmin at the school office, (number above) for further information.  THANK YOU FOR HELPING OUR STUDENTS GROW!                                                                                                                                    

ROSIE’S EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP is available for Cathedral Students.  This scholarship is awarded yearly with preference to St. Francis families who may be experiencing financial needs, exceptional healthcare costs or academic needs.  Please speak to Fr. Jim if you are interested in applying.

REGULATIONS FOR ST. FRANCIS AND CALVARY CEMETERIES

ONLY ONE FLOWER BASKET PERMITTED ON ANY INDIVIDUAL LOT.

FLOWERS MAY BE PLACED ON GRAVE LOTS FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO MEMORIAL DAY AND MUST BE REMOVED 15 DAYS FOLLOWING MEMORIAL DAY.  IF NOT REMOVED AT THAT TIME, THEY WILL BE REMOVED.

SINGLE WIRE FLOWER, POTTED PLANTS, WOODEN CROSSES, STATUES, ETC. WILL BE ALLOWED DURING MEMORIAL DAY WEEK ONLY.

NO FENCES, ROCK, BRICKS, PLANTING OF FLOWERS, TREES OR VEGETATION AROUND MONUMENTS OR LOTS.  SUCH ITEMS WILL BE REMOVED.

MANAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEES OF THE CEMETERY ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS.

DOGS MUST BE LEASHED.

VISITING HOURS:  SUNRISE TO SUNSET (POLICE ENFORCED)
