EXPRESSIONS OF DISCIPLESHIP – 2019/20 CATHOLIC SERVICES APPEAL
If you have not yet responded to the 2019-20 CSA, please set aside a moment to prayerfully consider a gift amount that your means will permit. A total of $34,565 has been pledged from our parishioners representing 130 families. Our parish “fair share” responsibility for the coming year is $51,346. Thank you to all who have already pledged.
WINTER SAFETY Winter is here and while we try to keep the sidewalks and steps free from snow and ice as best we can, Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate! Please be careful when attending Mass here by staying on the main sidewalks. Also, PLEASE USE THE SIDEWALK AT THE RAMP ENTRANCE. There are always cars coming and going on the ramp so the safest place is the sidewalk at that entrance. If the weather changes quickly, there are shovels and salt containers at every entrance.
CATHOLIC DAUGHTERS COURT 1190 will meet on Tuesday, January 21st at
11 AM at the Golden Inn, 24 E. 2nd Street. We will be ordering from the menu. City Councilor Jenny VanSickle will be the speaker and will discuss activities of the City Council and about the Senior Center. All interested women are invited to attend. If you need transportation call Ro Birch at 715-394-5958.
SOCIETY OF ST. VINCENT dePAUL We are grateful to all who donated to help us provide gifts for 90 children this Christmas. Join us at our next meeting on Tuesday, January 14th at 6 PM at the Catholic Charities Building, 1426 Cumming Avenue/715-398-4039.
