OUR NEW ELEVATOR is now open and operating! Work on the new parish hall restrooms, ramp and street entrance is complete! The project is a great success thanks to the prayers and generosity of our parishioners! Thank the Good Lord! A reminder to please continue your payments on pledges. Payment envelopes are available in the blue baskets in the gathering space of the church.
OUR PENITENTIAL CANDLE Bishop Powers has asked all of our churches to burn a candle in the sanctuary to signify penance and care for those abused in any way by the church. Our candle is now burning on the side Marian Altar. We continue to pray for all victims of clergy
CATHOLIC SERVICES APPEAL Thank you for filling out a Catholic Services Appeal
Envelope. For those who did not fill one out, please do so before you leave church today. No gift is too small, and our parish is trying to reach 100% participation. Thus far we have received $28,835.00 in pledges toward our goal of $51,480.
ST. FRANCIS ALTAR SOCIETY will gather for the Annual Mitten Tree Party on Thursday, December 6th beginning at 5:30 PM in the Parish Hall. All who attend are asked to bring a dish to pass for a Potluck Supper and a $5 door prize and a $2 Bingo prize. All guests are asked to bring NEW mittens, hats, scarves to be distributed by the Society of St. Vincent DePaul. Please call Jean at 715-398-6023 if you have questions or would like more information.

ADVENT RETREAT On Sunday, December 9th, we will gather for our annual Advent Retreat. The evening will begin with prayer at 5:30 PM followed by a light supper. We welcome Sister Pauline Micke, from the College of St. Scholastica, as our speaker. There is no charge for the evening. Please sign up in the gathering area of our church. Everyone welcome!

ST. FRANCIS SOCIAL ACTION COMMITTEE will be accepting childrens’ pajamas and stockings. There is a bin in the gathering space of the church for your donations. These items will be shared with the Society of St. Vincent DePaul. Thank you!
CATHEDRAL SCHOOL NEWS There are currently openings for a 4th grade teacher and preschool part time aides. There is also a need for substitute teachers. Please remember to save all General Mills boxtops, Milk Moola, plastic covers from milk jugs of all sizes. orange juice, juice drinks, ice cream and tops of plastic milk bags. We also collect Coke Rewards, aluminum cans and Loaves for Learning. There is a container in the gathering space of our church for your donations.
The Christmas Concerts are scheduled for Thursday, December 20th at 10 AM with the elementary and pre-school students and kindergarten through 5th grade will be at noon. Middle school and 5th grade band will be at 6:00 PM.
KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL 499 will meet at St. Anthony Parish on Tuesday, 4th beginning with the rosary at 6:30 PM. The business meeting will follow at 7:00 PM.
